NYS-1
The NYL-1's little brother. All of the same extraordinary features as the
NYL-1 but in a 14.75" body width and 24.75" scale length. This too is a
completely hand-carved, marriage of elegant styling and solid functionality. It
has an incredible acoustic sound and the highest level of craftsmanship offered
on the planet. Some prefer this smaller sized guitar to the conventional 17" and
larger 18" body widths, saying "it's more comfortable". It's a matter of
personal taste of course and that's exactly why we offer the finest small body
archtop in the world.

in the classic archtop realm. With it's standard 17" body width and 3" body
depth, exquisite woods, extraordinary workmanship, and superior tone it's the
choice guitar of legends and contemporaries like Jerry Hahn, Phil Upchurch, Duke
Robillard and Russell Malone. This is more guitar for the money than you will
find anywhere on the planet. If you are looking for a full size archtop this is
the guitar for you. Nothing else can compare!

NYL-2 Custom
A carved top classic with custom appointments, it combines features of the
NYL-2 and the NYL-1, sitting smack dab in the middle, both aesthetically and
monetarily. This beauty is gaining popularity by the minute as it is practical
enough to take to the gig yet beautiful enough to be a collectors piece, just
ask Russell Malone who appears on the front cover of his latest release "Heart
Strings" with his gorgeous NYL-2 Custom. Like the other D'Angelico archtops,
this single-cutaway guitar combines elegant styling with total playability. It
has a very warm acoustic sound, with it's carved German spruce top that projects
well both acoustically and when amplified. It borrows the hand-carved ebony
pickguard from the NYL-1 and the Classic brass New Yorker style stairstep
tailpiece from the NYL-2. For those who can't decide between the NYL-1 or the
NYL-2 this is the perfect guitar combining all the best features of both.

NYS-2
A smaller version of the standard NYL-2 archtop, with a body width of
14.75", depth of 2.75", and a 24.75" scale length. Simply, this is a smaller
archtop, which is more comfortable for some. It's made of the same exquisite
wood, with the extraordinary workmanship and beautiful tone as its larger
counterpart, the NYL-2. It is in a class all its own, as no other company makes
a small-size archtop of this quality and beauty.

NYSS-3
This is the most versatile guitar in the D'Angelico line. With mounted
double humbucking pickups and semi-hollow construction, it lends itself equally
to fat Jazz, screaming' Blues, raunchy Rock, aggressive Fusion and/or sweet R&B.
It has a fat tone, sustain for days and is a comfortable, balanced, unparalleled, versatile beauty, with a 14.75" body width, 1.75" body depth and
24.75" scale length. This top of the line semi-hollow body is second to none.
This model is available with the classic "New Yorker" Stairstep, Bigsby or Stop
tailpiece. You have to experience this guitar to know how a real semi-hollow
body should look, sound and feel. Nothing in guitar land equals this stunning
hybrid.

NYL-5
Exactly the same guitar as the NYL-2 with it's incredible tone, feel and
workmanship but with a thinner body depth of 2.25". This makes it a bit more
comfortable for some and possibly more versatile, lending itself to Blues, Jazz,
and R&B, with a little higher threshold before feedback and the same fat tone.

NYL-7
7-string version of the full-sized New Yorker body style with German
spruce top.

NYS-D9
This is the Rolls Royce of solid bodies. You wont find a solid-body guitar
anywhere that is more practical or more incredibly beautiful than this gem. The
mahogany body and neck give it a big fat tone, a gorgeous flame maple top adds
snap, and the lightning fast ebony fretboard is decorated with split block
mother of pearl inlays. It has the same meticulous multi-ply binding, gold
plated Grover tuning machines and ultra-detailed abalone inlays, on both the
front and back of the headstock as do the top-of-the-line archtops. Like the
NYSS-3, it has dual gold plated humbuckers and gold plated tone and volume
controls. This puppy sings like a bird, with ridiculous tone and sustain that
make it the perfect guitar for anything from loud Jazz to screamin' Rock & Roll.
It is a totally balanced, comfortable and practical work of art. This is one of
the latest and most unique pieces added to the D'Angelico line.
