Ed Roman is a different kind of builder than all the other builders in the world. Ed is different because he builds many types and styles of instruments. Ed Roman is an enigma due to the fact that he offers traditional retro style guitars and 80's style pointy radical instruments. He utilizes graphite, aluminum, and many different types of wood. His guitars include carved skull guitars with razor blade inlays to beautiful archtop electrics with some of the most beautiful woods in the world. Ed also offers the California hippie sandwich style guitars and guitars made from 100% stainless steel.

Most contemporary guitar builders tend to stay within one genre or style, anyone who knows Ed will observe that he is a bit eccentric to say the least. He is never content to follow the rules, When the music industry Zigs, Ed Roman Zags!!

In his new 40,000 square foot Las Vegas store Ed will display his wares and also some of the most incredibly beautiful guitars this guitarist has ever seen and I make it a point to get around.
