Moonstone Guitars, Steve Helgeson & Ed roman

Ed Roman & Steve Helgeson of Moonstone Guitars

Steve is one of the worlds most talented Luthiers.

Ed Roman has long maintained that if Steve's factory hadn't burned down in the early 80's he would have been bigger than Paul Reed Smith.  Steve's company was probably the first company that Ed can remember that use spectacular burls & quilts to build their guitars.  Today Steve works with Ed to help me create some of our prototype models. He is a great help & inspiration to Ed, Alan and all of the people who work in our shop.
