Sanding Table
Building a Solid Rosewood Strat Style Body
Duplicarver Machine
This is the type of machine PRS used for the first ten years when they were still hand making their guitars. This is a very low tech concept, Like a Pantograph. I calculate based on serial numbers that PRS was making about 8 guitars a week in their first years of business.

10,000 board feet of Raw Wood
I have in stock Mahogany, Sapele, Koa, Schedua, Cocobolo, Bocote, Ziricote, Korina, Maple, Myrtle, Obecia, Goncalva Alves, Zebrawood, Cohagerie, Pau Ferro, Macassar Ebony, Brazilian Rosewood, Swamp Ash, Lacewood, Snakewood, Basswood and much more. Korina Wood is absolutely the most resonant of all tone woods. Most guitar manufacturers use Mahogany in it's place but nothing sounds as sweet a real African Limba Korina.

In the shop I am very proud of the fact that the customer gets to actually pick out the wood with which his guitar will be made. None of our machinery is computer controlled and all of the wood matching is still done 100% by hand in the shop I am very proud of the fact that the customer gets to actually pick out the wood with which his guitar will be made.
